The full floor refurbishment included the stripping out of the existing tenancy. The project was fast tracked through the design development phase thereby requiring a high level of design construct with the built elements of the project, in particular the custom joinery.
The high level of detail was not compromised with the works being pushed through with the assistance of the resources that have been established over the years, with a constant consideration of the costs associated with the works.
The entire tenancy was on a raised computer floor which complicated the construction sequencing as the majority of electrical services required reticulation under the floor and the mechanical and fire services were reticulated in the ceiling space.
The success of the project was due to the careful coordination of the design elements with the design team and the resources at our disposal for the delivery of the works.
