Schiavello operates from 10 offices and four manufacturing plants comprising 90,000 square metres, including a 70,000 square metre manufacturing plant located at Schiavello’s international headquarters at Tullamarine, in Melbourne, Australia.
Encompassing three inter-connected environments - the work space, exhibition space and life space - the complex reflects our commitment to creating innovative and productive work environments that uphold sustainable design principles. Completed in 2006, the main office complex was designed to achieve a 5 Green Star GBCA rating, and in 2006 was commended by the Master Builder’s Association of Victoria (MBAV) with an Award for Excellence in Construction.
