Keti Malkoski joined Schiavello as Workplace Research Psychologist in 2009. A qualified Organisational Psychologist, Keti researches the interaction between ‘users’ at various levels (individual, team and organisational) and the physical workplace.
Her work focuses on enhancing the relationship between the user and the workspace so it can become a value adding tool for work; applying psychology principles to promote user comfort and effectiveness through the physical workplace.
Influencing design from a user-centered perspective, Keti has significantly contributed to the psychology based philosophy of Schiavello’s paradigm shifting workplace program, Climate. Her work involves collaboration with industry experts including world renowned Environmental Psychologist, Dr Jacqueline Vischer, University of Montreal.
Bridging the gap between research and practical application, Keti educates various professionals and industries on the relevance of the physical workplace to people and business outcomes. She also manages research (qualitative and quantitative) and education forums.
Before joining Schiavello Keti worked at Macquarie Bank in Human Resources and at Accenture in Change Management. |
