Project: Mitsubishi, Melbourne
Description: Located at Level 36, 120 Collins St, Melbourne and spanning 1,100sqm.The full floor refurbishment was fast tracked through the design development phase thereby requiring a high level of design construct with the built elements of the project. A high level of detail was required as the entire tenancy was situated on a raised computer floor where electrical, mechanical and fire services had to be carefully reticulated. The careful co-ordination of the design elements with the design team and available resources ensured the project was a success.

Project: Woolshed Pub @ Central Pier
Description: Located at Central Pier, Docklands and spanning 1,800sqm. Schiavello worked within a tight timeframe for this project, a turnkey development of a multi-use function venue, by running early works packages in parallel with the design process.

Project: Sinclair Knight Merz
Description: Located at 452 Flinders Lane and spanning 10,400sqm. Schiavello was engaged by SKM to deliver the entire fit out and furniture systems provisioning for its move to 452 Flinders St. The project was designed and constructed to achieve a 5 star Green Star interiors rating and covered 5 floors including a three floor inter-tenancy stairway, and a large open terrace development on the 16th floor.

Project: ANZ Innovation + Breakout Centre
Description: Located at 595 Collins St, Melbourne and spanning over 2,000 sqm. Schiavello Construction helped the client to identify synergies in the design and selection of materials, improve efficiency and deliver the fitout within a tight timeframe. Large joinery units, a seating platform, a preparation/kitchen bench were made by Schiavello as well as the "Tree of Knowledge", a sculptural element incorporating stairs to the next level.

Project: Crown Towers Hotel
Description: Located at 8 Whiteman St, Southbank Melbourne and spanning over 23 levels and 449 rooms.
Appointed as Construction Managers to upgrade the 6-star Crown Towers Hotel, Schiavello were involved in the design development and refurbishment of guest rooms, corridors and lift lobbies on each floor which featured superior craftsmanship and new décor.

Project: Lucky Chan Restaurant
Description: Located at Crown Casino, Southbank Melbourne and spanning over 700sqm. Schiavello Construction was entrusted with this project to transform the space to reflect the northern Chinese character of the cuisine. Elements include eye catching facades, alfresco dining, extensive timber and metal laser-cut feature screens, and private dining rooms set amongst ample open plan dining areas.

Project: The Atlantic Restaurant
Description: Located at Crown Casino in Southbank Melbourne and spanning over 2 levels. Schiavello had an integrated role of Turnkey Construction Manager which allowed Schiavello Construction to be involved in all aspects of the building program. The progress of works met the accelerated program as Schiavello had control over the major finishing trades and the architectural joinery through Schiavello's in-house resources.

Project: Fujitsu
Description: Located at the Gauge, levels 3-6, 825 Bourke St Victoria Harbour Melbourne and spanning 6,050m2. Schiavello provided construction, furniture and signage services for Fujitsu, the first 6 Star Green Star rated building in Australia. Products and materials that contribute toward these valuable Green Star points were carefully selected. Project: The Big Issue
Description: Located in Melbourne and spanning 420sqm. Schiavello's role as construction manager saw responsibility for all aspects of the fitout which was required to be completed in a compressed timeframe of five weeks.Working off a sketch plan Schiavello transformed the space, which had been unused for years and was filled with rubble, to incorporate six new offices into the space, a kitchen, reception area, meeting and training areas.

Description: Located on level 36-38, 385 Bourke St Melbourne and spanning 1,204m2. Schiavello completed the construction (including detailed joinery, ceiling and wall panelling) and a host of furniture solutions when UniSuper consolidated all headquarter based businesses into one, interconnected, premium space. Products – Marina and Ultimet desking solutions, Systemet pedestals, Interpower softwiring and Tom stools.

Project: Building Services Authority
Description: Located on Montague Rd, West End, Brisbane and spanning 5,700m2. Schiavello Constructions and furniture teams in QLD were engaged when BSA relocated its headquarters, to a work environment that leads the building sector. This was achieved by the use of honest design and materials throughout. Products – QED and Elitone desking, Interstat 90, Interpower soft wiring, Toro chairs and Molo softwall.

Project: Atlantic Group [V]
Description: Located at Shed 9-14, Central Pier, Docklands, Victoria and spanning 6,400m2. Schiavello Construction carried out the restoration and fitout works of these historic sheds, establishing a new benchmark in function spaces with a premium cocktail bar and nightclub that breathe style. The furniture team at Schiavello supplied a range of integrated custom seating and loose furniture.
