Project: Unisuper
Description: Located on level 36-38, 385 Bourke St Melbourne and spanning 1,204m2. Schiavello completed the construction (including detailed joinery, ceiling and wall panelling) and a host of furniture solutions when UniSuper consolidated all headquarter based businesses into one, interconnected, premium space. Products – Marina and Ultimet desking solutions, Systemet pedestals, Interpower softwiring and Tom stools.

Project: Fujitsu
Description: Located at the Gauge, levels 3-6, 825 Bourke St Victoria Harbour Melbourne and spanning 6,050m2. Schiavello provided construction, furniture and signage services for Fujitsu, the first 6 Star Green Star rated building in Australia. Products and materials that contribute toward these valuable Green Star points were carefully selected. Products – Marina, System 30, i.box, Liberty Mesh chairs, Systemet pedestals, Millem wall system, custom storage and divisional panels.

Project: ANZ Learning & Breakout Centre
Description: Located on ground and level 1, 595 Collins St Melbourne and spanning 3,000m2. Schiavello Constructions worked closely with the designer and the client to produce an innovative, interactive facility for staff in over three months less than a conventional timeframe. Schiavello furniture consultants also supplied innovative furniture solutions in line with the design direction. Products – custom made hotdesks with Ultimet ‘T’ foot workstations and System 30, Tom stools.

Project: Building Services Authority
Description: Located on Montague Rd, West End, Brisbane and spanning 5,700m2. Schiavello Constructions and furniture teams in QLD were engaged when BSA relocated its headquarters, to a work environment that leads the building sector. This was achieved by the use of honest design and materials throughout. Products – QED and Elitone desking, Interstat 90, Interpower soft wiring, Toro chairs and Molo softwall.

Description: Located at Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle St Brisbane and spanning 3,645m2. Schiavello Constructions QLD were commissioned to complete this new modern workplace, well equipped to accommodate changing needs of the organisation. The space incorporates striking heritage elements throughout, in line with the surrounding architecture.

Project: Department of Transport
Description: Located on level 5-16, 121 Exhibition St Melbourne and spanning 25,150m2. Schiavello Constructions and furniture teams were engaged when DOT relocated their head office, creating a facility that allows for better connectivity of business groups and greater flexibility. Project: Atlantic Group [V]
Description: Located at Shed 9-14, Central Pier, Docklands, Victoria and spanning 6,400m2. Schiavello Construction carried out the restoration and fitout works of these historic sheds, establishing a new benchmark in function spaces with a premium cocktail bar and nightclub that breathe style. The furniture team at Schiavello supplied a range of integrated custom seating and loose furniture.
