Crown Gifts

Originally divided into two unique spaces, Schiavello provided contrasting interior construction and signage for the 125sqm. The luxurious feeling Crown is renowned for emanates through mosaic tiling on the walkway wall, structural columns and retail kiosk. Bespoke wooden display joinery, a bronze light fitting and lush carpets complete the interior.

To complement the lavish setting, Schiavello Signage installed illuminating LED signs across all mosaic areas to accentuate Crown branding. Aluminium glazed, glass bi-fold doors, also allow passers-by complete visibility during non business hours.

Working in an active, high traffic area called for sophisticated project coordination. Situated along the major thoroughfare from the Clarke Street car park, the area is also an access point to Mr Hive Restaurant and Schiavello’s Melbourne furniture showroom.

Directly above, is the award winning Crown Metropol hotel, which required alternate noise works solutions as to not disrupt guests. To alleviate this, Schiavello Construction hoarded off the area with sound insulation partitions and coordinated closely with all tenants to ensure noise was minimised.
