A six star design and development
The Fujitsu head office in Docklands achieved the highest possible rating of 6 Star Green Star®, making it the first project in Australia to attain this rating. Schiavello Construction collaborated with Woodhead over a four week period on a design and development that adhers to GBCA’s stringent Green Star® criteria.
Thirteen weeks of construction
The 13 week construction of four floors by Schiavello Construction, at a total of 6,050 square metres, involved a project control group to monitor the design intent right up to the final week.
Schiavello also developed an in-situ partition and wall system in consultation with our in-house environmental consultant to meet the credit points for a 6 Star Green Star® rated building. The $6 million project included more than 460 Schiavello workstations, custom built joinery, external illuminated signage and internal signage.
