Alumuna Residences Construction Update

Working towards a December completion date

Construction works at the Alumuna Residences have been progressing at an impressive pace, with our VIC construction team set to handover before Christmas this year.

Located in Port Melbourne, the 22-boutique-apartment development reached several milestones over the month of July. As integral stages continue to approach completion on site, August is set to bring even more progress.

Joinery on levels 1 and 2 is well advanced, and painting and tiling have also commenced. The external feature steel louvres have been installed on levels 1 to 4, with level 5 currently in production. Creating unique places of superior value is our passion, and with the Alumuna Residences, this attitude is no different.

Our experience in successfully delivering projects within construction timeframes to the highest industry standards will continue, as we expect to exceed a new level of standard that has not previously been seen within the apartment development sphere.

By engaging quality subcontractors and keeping scrutiny on works during construction, the project continues to assert diligent attention to detail on site. This proactive approach, along with the constant review of finishes by architect Wood Marsh, has ensured the integrity of the design is maintained throughout the project.

“This not only ensures the project achieves its design intent at a minimum, but in most cases, it exceeds the expectations of the end-user and the developer,” says Daron.
