CBUS Super, Australia’s largest superfund for the building, construction, and allied industries, will relocate its premises to Melbourne’s premier commercial precinct Wesley Place. Located at 130 Lonsdale Street, CBUS Super has engaged our construction team – along with North Projects and Group GSA – to deliver their office fitout.
The superfund's Melbourne relocation is part of the largest office move in the fund's history, and the latest in our continued partnership with CBUS Super, which has seen us deliver offices in Brisbane, Adelaide, and Sydney.
The 9,200sqm site is spread across five floors and will adopt open-plan principles to support a dynamic style of working for its 600-person workforce. A feature internal staircase will interconnect the levels comprised of collaborative workspaces, corporate and member areas, a contact centre, as well as recruitment and training facilities.
As a way of emphasising their commitment to a sustainable workplace, the office design will incorporate interior finishes with high-efficiency ratings, as well as the integration of leading AV technology for optimum connectivity throughout the workplace.
