On 2 August, a group of Melbourne’s most influential property professionals will share their industry knowledge to host the next Melbourne Retail Forum at CBRE, discussing the key factors driving the future success of retail, as well as local and global trends impacting the retail property market.
The forum will see five panellists meet to discuss the current state of the Melbourne retail property market, mediated by CBRE’s director of Melbourne city sales and middle markets Josh Rutman and Schiavello’s property and business development manager, Carmelo Rositano.
The panel members include CBRE’s senior associate director Zelman Ainsworth, Schiavello’s director of construction Christopher Schiavello, as well as Nick Travers, director of Technē Architecture + Interior Design, David Ellenby, senior associate at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and Nicole Trumbull, an associate at WT Partnership.
“The way people shop is evolving thanks to technology and the rise of online shopping. But the importance of bricks and mortar retail space should never be underestimated,” says CBRE’s Zelman Ainsworth.
