Our products at Schiavello comprise more than 90% Australian grown or sourced materials – with more than 75% of its manufacturing and processing taking place at our 70,000 square metre manufacturing plant in Melbourne.

Bobby Sepecan, Timber and Joinery

Having started his career in carpentry through an apprenticeship with Schiavello, Bobby has evolved to become a practiced professional in timber design, and a core member of our timber and joinery division.

Heather Otene, Powder Coating

Heather leads the powder coating division, supervising a team of specialised powder coaters and machine operators. Her collaborative management style encourages a productive work environment for her team to thrive.

Grant Were, Steel Laser Cutting

Initially joining the team as a draftsperson, Grant oversees Schiavello’s steel laser cutting production from conception through to completion. With over 25 years experience at Schiavello, he knows the ins and outs of steel fabrication.

Ljuben Janceski, Steel Fabrication

As an expert tool maker for more than 45 years, Ljuben has been a part of the Schiavello steel fabrication division since 2013. Ljuben supports a range of metal machining processes with Schiavello metal processing division.
