Engaged by designer and project manager Graham Nichols, Schiavello Construction VIC delivered the complete fitout of MEO Australia's office. The scope of works including joinery, floor finishes, partitions, and the efficient integration of the full range of utilities and IT services.
Materials that are true to the design intent
The new office presents a modern, visually compelling interior that is consistent from the entry point through to the breakout and work areas. Striking elements from high-gloss, reflective feature wall panels to colourful joinery create focal points throughout and assist in breaking up the open work area. Contrasting materials and textures add sophistication. The bright colour palette adds energy and animation to the office.
Delivered in seven weeks
Schiavello was selected for our reputation for reliability, ability to assist the client reach goals through value engineering, and a strong track record with the architect. The project ran smoothly, as per the construction programme, and was delivered within the seven-week timeframe.
