Worldly and business savvy, James is passionate about enhancing the client experience. Throughout a project's lifecycle he ensures all stakeholders within an organisation are effectively communicated with and their real estate opportunities are recognised.
"I work closely with all parties to ensure the architects, consultants, and clients achieve their maximum project value," he explains. James is heavily involved with all projects he takes on, playing a key role during the early planning stages to feasibility, through to construction and post-occupancy.
With a particular focus on multi-site locations, James is able to apply early engagement strategies across procurement, site selection, and buildability.
James has been a significant player in Barry's Bootcamp's Asia-Pacific market entry. "Working with such an interesting client has allowed us to work through some innovative strategies for deployment across Australia and Asia," he says.
